To start your return, please email us at info@onyx-sportswear.nl .
Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will review your request and respond the same day with your return label and further instructions.
Can I Return My Item?
Before requesting your return, please make sure:

The item hasn't been worn or washed

It's free from stains, smells, or damage

All original tags and labels are still attached

The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
How It Works

Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return

Wait for our confirmation and return label

Pack your item securely and attach the provided label

Drop it off at a DHL point
Return Costs & Refunds
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
