Need to Make a Return?

No worries — sometimes a product just isn't the perfect fit. We've made returning easy and hassle-free! You can now handle everything yourself through our DHL Return Portal — no need to email us.

Can I Return My Item?

Before starting your return, please make sure:

• The item hasn't been worn or washed

• It's free from stains, smells, or damage

• All original tags and labels are still attached

• It's packed neatly (preferably in the original packaging)

How It Works

1. Go to our return portal: Start Your Return

2. Enter your order number and select the item(s) you want to return

3. Download and print your return label

4. Pack your item securely and attach the label to the parcel

5. Drop it off at a DHL point or schedule a pick-up (if available in your area)

Return Costs & Refunds

• The cost of the DHL return label will be deducted from your refund

• After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days

• You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
