Returns Policy

Our Return Policy

At Onyx Sportswear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Not entirely satisfied? No problem! You have 10 days after receiving your order to return it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

• The item is unused and unwashed.

• It is in original condition, without stains, tears, or other damage.

• All original tags and labels are attached.

• It is free from odors such as perfume, deodorant, or smoke.

• It is neatly packaged for return, preferably in the original packaging.

No Refund For:

• Clearly worn or damaged items.

• Items with stains, tears, or odors.

• Removed tags or labels.

• Items that have been washed or cleaned.

If a return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to send it back to you without a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless stated or agreed otherwise (for example during a free-returns promotion).

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll get a confirmation email.

• If the item meets all conditions, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible, usually within 5–10 business days .
