These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through our webshop. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Article 3 – Offers and Prices

• All prices are in euros and include VAT.

• Offers are valid while stocks last.

• Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing or descriptions are not binding.

Article 4 – Orders and Agreement

• An order is final after you receive an order confirmation.

• Onyx Sportswear reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of clear errors or suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Payment

• Payment is made using the offered payment methods.

• Orders are shipped only after payment is received.

Article 6 – Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the address provided.

• Delivery times are indicative but we aim to deliver on time.

• If there is a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery.

Article 7 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving their order to return it without giving any reason.

• Items must be returned unused and undamaged.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items in good condition.
