How long does it take to ship my order?
We do our best to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info. Delivery time depends on your location, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We often offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount — keep an eye on our banners or newsletter for updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Whether you're in Europe, the US, or elsewhere — we've got you. International shipping times and fees may vary slightly depending on the country.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If your order seems delayed or tracking hasn't updated, please don't worry. Just send us an email at info@onyxs-portswear.nl , and we'll look into it right away to make sure your gear gets to you safely.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a custom size chart available on the product page. We always recommend checking it before ordering, especially if you're between sizes. Still unsure? Feel free to contact us — we're happy to help you choose the best fit.
Do your items run small or large?
Most of our products fit true to size, but this can vary slightly depending on the fabric and design. If an item runs small or oversized, we'll mention that in the product description.
Do you offer a size chart?
Yes — every product page has a size guide specific to that item so you can measure and compare for the perfect fit.

Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order was delivered. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
How do I return an item?

Can I exchange for another size or color?
Of course! As long as we have the item in stock, we're happy to help you exchange it. If not, we'll process a refund instead.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept iDEAL, PayPal and Apple Pay. At this moment, Klarna (Pay Later) is not available — but we're working on adding it soon!
Can I pay later?
Yes! With Klarna (Pay Later) you can choose to pay after receiving your order. This gives you extra flexibility and peace of mind when shopping with us.
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during checkout in the designated box. Please make sure to apply it before completing your order — only one code can be used per purchase.

Yes! All our leggings go through stretch and opacity testing to ensure they're 100% squat-proof, so you can train with total confidence.
How should I wash your items?
We recommend turning your items inside out, washing cold, and letting them air dry. Avoid fabric softener and tumble drying to preserve elasticity and logo quality.
Are the logos heat sealed or silicone?
It depends on the product. Some items have a clean heat-transfer logo, while others feature raised silicone branding for a premium finish. Check each product description for details.
Are your items sustainably made?
